Welcome to Launch VPN (the "App"). These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the App, provided by Apathetic AI Corp ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1.1. The App is intended for personal and non-commercial use. 1.2. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. 1.3. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our express permission.

2.1. You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the App. 2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. 2.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3.1. Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription. 3.2. All payments are processed through  Apple and are subject to their terms and conditions. 3.3. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. 3.4. 

4.1. All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in the App belong to us or our licensors. 4.2. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without our permission.

5.1. Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at www.apathetic.ai/privacypolicy. 5.2. We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

6.1. You may not use the App for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes. 6.2. You may not upload or share any content that violates the rights of others. 6.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

7.1. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. 7.2. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8.1. We may terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. 8.2. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete any copies from your devices.

9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of [Wyoming]. 9.2. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Wyoming] or a court of competent jurisdiction.

10.1. We may update these Terms from time to time. 10.2. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
